[eOutage] UPDATE: Partial Campus Outage

[UW Information Technology's email notification service regarding widespread outages]

    UW Information Technology  has restored connectivity to all UW
   Medicine customers, most Residence Halls customers and many others
   during the past 6 hours.  Due to resource constraints and safety
   concerns we will break until 7:00AM tomorrow, April 29th.  We are
   attempting to restore the final remaining residence halls tonight but
   may not get to all of them.  Next update will be provided at 8:00AM
