[eOutage] UPDATE: Partial Campus Outage

[UW Information Technology's email notification service regarding widespread outages]

    UW Information Technology site engineers continue efforts to restore
   services to buildings impacted by yesterdayas power surge. Initially,
   147 devices were impacted. Over 50 were devices were restored today
   including those in all remaining residence halls. Eighteen devices are
   still down. Due to resource constraints and safety concerns we will
   break until 7:00AM tomorrow, April 30th. Next update will be provided
   at 8:00AM.
