[eOutage] RESOLVED: Users are experiencing impact to multiple Microsoft 365 services and features

Microsoft services that have been affected by their service disruption
beginning at approximately 7:30am on 6/5/23, have not been fully
restored by Microsoft. These services are accessible but in a degraded
UW-IT engineers will no longer be providing eOutage notifications for
this incident but will continue to actively monitor for further
impacts. Additional information can be found on Microsoft's service
