This listserv is intended to improve understanding of academic personnel data for data analysts, database administrators, and other "technical" people who work with academic personnel data and need to understand how the data is organized but aren’t involved in HR issues at a transactional level. Announcements of changes to academic personnel data (such as new academic units, changes to academic ranks and track types, or deprecation of job profiles in the 01-Academic Personnel job family group) will be made here. Requests for academic personnel data should be directed to acaddata@uw.edu. Policy questions should be directed to the appropriate OAP contact address: acadpers@uw.edu, apleaves@uw.edu, acadhire@uw.edu, or acadvisa@uw.edu.
