Hi All,

The UW IT Accessibility Task Force is soliciting nominations for the
following two awards for work from May 2022 through April 2023:

   - *UW IT Accessibility Capacity Building Award* – For a *UW departmental
   unit* that has demonstrated a commitment to digital accessibility.
   - *UW IT Accessibility Trailblazer Award** – *For an individual *UW
   employee* who has demonstrated a commitment to digital accessibility.

Eligibility and criteria are provided on the Digital Accessibility Awards

page.  The deadline for submitting nominations is *April 26*.  Awards will
be distributed over lunch (or over Zoom) at the UW Digital Accessibility
Awards event on Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD), Thursday May 18.

In addition to the Awards event, Accessible Technology Services is hosting
a full morning of hands-on hybrid workshops focused on "Fixing Your
Accessibility". Details and a registration link are available on the UW
