[Accessibleweb] WCAG 2.2 is now official

Hi All,

I generally avoid cross-posting, but this seems to be worthy news (sorry to
those who receive it multiple times).

As of this morning, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 is
now an official W3C recommendation!
