I think I understand now after re-reading that page

the command for step 3 would be:

m s c 

scroll down to inbox path

hit a

then ^w

then:

#MOVE {imap.fastmail.com/ssl/user=chris at cwm030.com <mailto:%7Bimap.fastmail.com%2Fssl%2Fuser%3Dchris at cwm030.com>}inbox ~/home/chris/maildrop

Right?
