Police may be charged with manslaughter over tasering of one-legged 
93-year-old.  

Sussex Police were called after claims that the 93-year-old care home 
resident and dementia-sufferer was threatening staff with a knife.  

Police reportedly attempted to talk Donald Burgess, who was in his 
wheelchair in his own room at an East Sussex care home, into dropping 
the knife.
