Peripheral Artery Disease can have severe consequences if left 
untreated.  

Richard Romero shared his story with CBS4 after he received treatment 
in El Paso, that he credits with saving his leg.  

"I woke up on a Saturday morning with half of my foot black,"Romero 
said.
