Good point James about the cutting and binding...

Our Graphics department will "trim" (cut the bindings off) for free and
re-bind with either a spiral or comb binding (depending on the size of the
book) for a nominal fee - anywhere from $1.50 to $3.00 per book. We could
buy a comb binding machine with the money we're paying our Graphics
department to rebind the books, but personally, I'm too busy to be in the
binding business.
