Greetings All,
Thank you all so much for the feedback regarding JAWS and Windows XP SP 2.

I personally have not upgraded my computer access lab to SP2. The problems
are occurring across campus where they have upgraded to SP2. Because of
the time involved, SP2 was installed on top of the current build. In other
words, the progression of installs is: Windows XP [SP1], JAWS 5.00.884 (I
think is the number), then SP2.

Generally speaking, would you say the best course of action is to uninstall
the AT, then install major patches or service packs?

Again, thank you all for the wonderful suggestions and tips.
