I created an invoice form when I was secretary that might be helpful in
terms of folks getting a check cut from their respective institution.
You will need to modify - take my name off, etc. .  I also created a
receipt for those who needed one.  Feel free to use....

Folks, I know this is tough at some schools but we have no way to
process PO's or credit cards, maybe some day when we are a larger
organization.
