Susan can you give us the site on the case, I typically have not worried
about this issue. On a related issue though is the copyright concerns about
unlicensed duplication of TTS engines is a real hot topic in some circles.

Hmmm, I don't see the connection. I am producing the MP3's, using
permission from the publisher and having had the student purchased the
book, so that takes care of that copyright issue. The supposed
"copyright of MP3 format you can't have it because we own it" issue was
resolved a month or so ago by a court and is no longer a concern, if it
ever was in the first place.
