[Athen] Questions regarding post-secondary institution captioning programs

Hi Christopher, all,

I'm looking for this information also, as well as any information about 
Web Accessibility Retrofitting services that anyone provides. We are 
researching establishing a service here at NC State University, and I 
would appreciate any insight anyone can provide.
