[Athen] Wintriangle

Hi all, I just heard back from Vivek on WinTriangle and he is going to get
the download problem taken care of.  Are any of you truly interested in this
since he has not been getting a lot of help in maintaining the project and I
am wondering if it something ATHEN should pick up.
