Hi Norm, Kathy, and all,
The Adobe Acrobat family product comparison matrix at
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/matrix.html includes a feature "Create
PDF documents from any application that prints, including one-button
creation from Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint". This feature is
available in Standard, Pro, and 3D versions.
