[Athen] Text-To-Speech Voices for British English

Hi,

Windows have installed by default English-US text-to-speech (TTS) voices,
like MS-Anna, MS-Mike, etc

If somebody knows about good British voices (English-UK) and a procedure
to activate them, it would be very much appreciated.

Since the voices are due for a free access project, preference is for a
British TTS voices for Windows available without charges, if any.
