Question: Did you try setting it up in Kurzweil with text box zones, for
check boxes, you could say put X in all applicable boxes or ???
Also,
Have you looked at using locked documents in Word. I use this format for my
forms so that the responder can just click, tab through, etc. I haven't
explored the use of a screen reader but, it might work.
Just a thought
