[Athen] Arabic Screen Reading and OCR

Hello,

 

We have a blind student who will be taking Arabic 1. Although he does
not use Braille, he is an experienced JAWS user. The only screen reader
and OCR software I have found is Ibsar. It has an Arabic/English TTS
engine and can OCR bilingual (Arabic/English) documents.  Have any of
you had experience with Ibsar? Do you know of any other ways to provide
access to writing and reading Arabic for people who are blind?
