[Athen] Assistive technology plug-ins for Microsoft Word?

Thanks, E.A.  I'm not looking for AT that works "with" Word documents  
(there are loads of those -- I use many of them), but rather tools  
that become "part of" Word, like the Dolphin add-on you mention.   
"Free" is not a requirement (e.g., I believe Ginger Software will be  
about $75/year subscription when it comes out of beta shortly).
