[Athen] Assistive technology plug-ins for Microsoft Word?

I am certainly going to try to collect them all for our LexDis blog and
Emptech but I have noticed the URL for the FX toolbar needs to be
http://www.fxc.btinternet.co.uk/assistive.htm.
