[Athen] spdf and oracle drm

A student came in with a book on spdf requiring Oracle's unsealer. It appears that there isn't much legal I can do to access the text, is that correct? The student says that they can read the content, but that it isn't either reliable or it reads additional material (probably copyright stuff.) Anyone have experience with this sort of material? - Thanks, James
