You may want to consider replacing the mic that's provided with the sofware
to improve his overall accuracy; also, don't overlook the Add Words from
Documents tool in the accuracy center to 'bias' the language model towards a
specific topic or work task if relevant...ed.

delayed speech or speech impairments.
