[Athen] Alt Format Proposals

Afternoon all,

 

For those of you who have started campus alt format programs in the last few
years, would you be willing to share with me the proposals you put forward
to make this happen.  More and more campuses are looking at doing this and I
get regular request for this kind of thing.  Any help you can provide would
be greatly appreciated.
