[Athen] Flash in PowerPoint

Hi all,

Is there an accessible way to insert flash into a PowerPoint slide?  For example, we're doing a training on how to insert a YouTube video into the PowerPoint slide.  However, it doesn't appear to be accessible.  This is inserting so that the video actually plays in the slide, not a link that opens a copy of IE to play the video.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
