[Athen] Strategy for Faster Keyboard Input

Hello,

We have a student who as a result of a stroke has limited hand use and
very inconsistent voicing such that he has never been able to use voice
recognition successfully. He has tried abbreviation expansion and word
prediction, but not found either to be substantially helpful for typing
faster. For tests our college provides a scribe; however, he is
searching for a strategy that will help him write his papers and notes
more efficiently. 

Do you all have any ideas?
