And the magnification in Win 7 is much better than in Vista. If you use the
Aero themes you have access to full screen or lens magnification.
Unfortunately at this time you can’t use the full screen or lens with a high
contrast theme. You will revert back to the split screen magnification if
you do or if you use a screen reader.

Have you played with Ease of Access settings built into Windows 7/Vista? Go
to Startà Control Panel à Ease of Access. You can play with color and
magnification settings in there.

Can anyone suggest a good free (or relatively inexpensive) screen
magnification program for PC? Any out there that have the option to change
screen colors? I've found numerous freebies, but they tend to really
pixilate the screen information.
