[Athen] Dragon Installation Order

My bad, I was unclear. 

(1) It is not the install order with IE but with other AT. Dragon installed
first with other AT (ZoomText, JAWS, Kurzweil) works. 

(2) What does not work in IE is the green arrows that Dragon uses to show
where icons, hyperlinks, buttons, edit boxes, etc. can be selected.

I'm curious how one can get an install of Win7 without IE already
included. Is the tech saying that IE must be removed and then
reinstalled after NatSpeak?
