[Athen] Intel Reader

Hello,
Please excuse the cross post, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience using the Intel Reader, especially with a student who is blind? I tend to think it's a nice gadget for reading a menu or a hand out, but would not work well for the typical college textbook.
