[Athen] Secure Testing Question

Hi Dave,

I think using student-owned computers for an exam, unless it's specifically
allowed by an instructor, would be nearly impossible to manage securely.
With admin privileges, which a student would have on their own machine, it
would be trivial to disable any software by a tech-savvy student.

What about reserving computers for testing in another computing facility?
We've done that a time or two over the years when our DRS office needed some
overflow capacity.
