Sean reported that he may have an online voting system (via athenpro.org)
ready to go. If there are multiple candidates we should check in with him.
If there are single candidates for the two positions, there is already a
polling system in place, however we don't (yet) have a way to verify voter
eligibility. I'll check in with him on this.
