University of Massachusetts is starting to build a VCL (virtual computer
lab). I've been assigned to test this environment for accessibility
purposes. The virtual computer is running on Windows 7. I was using a
Optplex 620 a machine that is about 4 to 5 years old

In talking to AI squared tech-support they conveyed that the virtual
computers allowed would definitely not work and wouldn't magnify or
read. Has anybody had any success?

Talking to freedom scientific -- Jaws -- they did not support VCL but
heard some rumor that some people have had some success . Has anybody
had any success using Jaws two use a virtual computer lab?

I've had success in using Kurzweil 1000 Kurzweil 3000 and read write
gold. both worked quite well I even was able to do a virtual print. . I
was able to use Kurzweil 3000 with only a two letter delay of speech
synchronization with the highlighting. Read write gold had about a four
letter delay using VW kate voice.

If so I like to talk to you so I can implement and test it.

Thanks so much
