[Athen] Dragon with Windows 7

Thank you Ed. This is not a laptop but it is a touch smart computer which has everything housed in the base so it might very similar to a laptop. Now, I am assuming that i go into the control panel. But not too sure. If you have simple directions, I would be greatly appreciated.
