[Athen] Collecting info on CSS for a presentation

Hi:

I'd like to either do a Webinar on CSS or, even better, find someone who
really knows something to make the presentation.
As background I am looking for the following help:
Can you list the top 5-10 CSS features that facilitate accessibility for
different disability groups (going beyond visual impairments)??
Can you list the top 5-10 CSS features that cause the most trouble for
people with disabilities and should be avoided?

Do you know an article or Web resource that already deals with a topic like
this?
