[Athen] ZoomText and Dragon clashing?

Anyone know if having the latest ZoomText Magnfier/Reader and Dragon 11 on 
the same machine will clash?  Dragon won't start up and says it cannot 
find c:\windows\speech\vcmd.exe

It was bad enough dealing with ZoomText and JAWS...been searching online 
and finding zilch.
