[Athen] federal grants requiring web accessibility assurance in proposals

[Howard Kramer]

I've heard anecdotally that federal agencies are now requiring assurance of
compliance with web accessibility guidelines in grant proposals. However, I
can't seem to locate any specific mention of this on the web. Any help would
be appreciated.
