[Athen] RE: captions when video on streaming server

Flash does not work on iOS devices only. It works just fine on Mac laptops,
desktops, etc. For portability, QuickTime/MOV delivery may be a universally
available option. I would say wait for the new iteration of our player,
which will support HTML5 video, but our funding was cut and development has
slowed considerably. We'll release the next version sometime this fall, but
I've given up on the notion of promising a release date....
