[Athen] Web Accessibility Toolbar and Distance Education

Depending on your exact needs (I'll do a little self-promoting here) I
have a tool that I have developed that evaluates for certain
accessibility features. I've been using this tool internally for a
while. It needs a little polishing still, but it's ready for a wider
audience to begin looking at it.

This tool does not cover all aspects of Web accessibility. It
specifically shows document structure information that is useful to
screen reader users. It will show you how many headings, ARIA
landmarks, tabindex attributes, and internal links are present on a
page. It will also visually show you where they are located. I find
this information useful because I don't have to fire up a screen
reader to begin exploring how a screen reader will experience a page
or where any crazy author-defined navigation (like using lots of
tabindexes) are present.

I wouldn't make this tool the first one I give out to people,
especially people who are newer to Web accessibility, but it might
help you in your case.
