[Athen] Youtube and a blind student

HI

I have started to get more involved with Distance Education and need some help on Youtube videos that are being embedded into the course.  We have a student who is blind and is taking a social media policy course.  We need to do some voice describing for a video of about 4 minutes.  Please can you give me some ideas on how people have done it.  If it is a short video have you done it  in house or have you sent it out for a professional organization to do.
