[Athen] Blackboard Collaborate captioning tool

Hi Heidi,

I have had remote captioners say they don't like using Collaborate's
captioning window because of reliability issues and they prefer to use
their own tools. This is true for other products' captioning features
as well. In this case the captioner would provide the captions in a
browser window, so the user would have to have two windows open. This
works, but it makes keeping the captions with a recording difficult. I
don't believe Collaborate will allow you to import a synchronized
transcript into a recording.
