[Athen] Google Glass Captioning

Hi Jon,

I might be missing something, but even before you think about making the
receipt of captions mobile (you could do that with a phone, phablet or
tablet, not just google glass), the real question is how will you make the
production of captions mobile? Unless something's changed, captionists
still need to use those special phonetic keyboards on little stands....
