Thank you for all the suggestions.  Nested list is probably the way to go.  Fortunately, this org chart is not overly complicated, only three levels, and pretty straight forward.  So glad to have this group to bounce stuff off of so I know I'm going the right direction.

Is it really only Tuesday?
