[Athen] Changing Reading Order of Tables

Most screen reading programs have commands to read true tables.  So, 
she should create real tables with columns and rows, and headers and 
labels and the like.  For most screen readers, but not all, 
alt-control plus an arrow key moves right left, up or down one cell 
within a table.
