[Athen] Cengage and Pearson Student Sites

Hello,

I am seeking collective wisdom regarding Cengage and Pearson student homework sites.  The issues are the following on Cengage my student is able to listen to the eBook on the website .  When it comes to using a text to speech reader on the  homework site she is unable to listen to it (uses natural reader).  On the Pearson site she is having the same issue with the homework; is unable to listen to it. Please give me guidance as to who to help my student.
