[Athen] Staff:Student ratios for supporting students with disabilities UK:USA

Thank you Gaeir and Doug - if we can put together some of these stats it may be worth one of those international papers for ATHEN, as I think we have all had some financial constraints over recent years and the impact has not really been analysed in terms of AT changes, Institutional inclusion policies and human support requirements. 

Despite the amount of water between us all Abi and I are beginning to think that the staff:student ratios advised may be remarkably similar - 1:150 -200 students with disabilities,  but we cannot find any recent guidance documents on the subject.
