[Athen] Scanner Issue

How long has it been in service? If more than 3 years it may need a roller
replacement. This is a kit that can be purchased from Canon but needs to be
installed by a competent service tech.

Give it a real good cleaning according to the maintenance guide, if you
have not already done so.
