Yup is more than 3 years old. A good cleaning: I’ll try. Can the service tech be one of our guys or does it have to be a Canon one?

How long has it been in service? If more than 3 years it may need a roller replacement. This is a kit that can be purchased from Canon but needs to be installed by a competent service tech.

Give it a real good cleaning according to the maintenance guide, if you have not already done so.
