[Athen] Livescribe desktop software's issues and resolutions...

We've seen similar things happen. We've also had trouble with audio:  
sometimes it will fail to appear in the PDF, either completely, or on  
certain pages. And no, we have not found a solution.

We are actively looking for alternatives to replace Livescribe's  
functions, since they don't seem to be moving in the right direction in  
terms of accessibility, but have not yet found a good substitute.
