[Athen] PDF alt Text in browser

>From what I've observed, depending on the browser and the screen-reader, more often than not the PDF is seriously disrupted by the in-browser PDF display mechanism.  I usually advise screen-reader users to download and save the PDF, then open it directly in Adobe Reader.
