ATHEN:
Since there seemed to be some interest in scholarships for blind 
students, here's a post which shouldn't get side-tracked by site 
accessibility issues.

Frankly, I'd view this as a more authoritative list, but that's just my 
personal opinion, after working in the accessibility industry for a 
couple decades, now.
